“Chōhi and Bachō Fight Each Other” “Chōhi, Bachō to Aiutsu no Koto” (張飛、馬超と相打つのこと)

Enshou, the arrogant noble of Shao meets Sōsō, the young queen of Wei, who has asked permission to have her troops enter Enshou’s land to destroy an army of bandits there on behalf of the Imperial capital. Sōsō leaves but not before humiliating & insulting Enshou & her assistants, Bun Shou & Ganryou, for their idiocy & not dealing with the bandits in Shao. She later meets Aisha who she develops an interest in. Meanwhile, Aisha & her friends are working at a Maid Restaurant in order to earn money but Chōhi decides to earn money another way where she meets Bachō, and both of them decide to enter a fighting tournament hosted by Enshou. Both of them make it to the final round which ends in a “draw”, which impresses Enshou, who decides to ask them to join her group. Bun Shou & Ganryou, aren’t pleased since both of them fear they will get fired so Enshou decides to hold a 3 round contest between the two groups. Both groups win a round (Chōhi and Bachō in Beauty & Bun Shou & Ganryou in Intelligence) before the third round begins where they are asked to fight in a Sumo match while wearing a humiliating Sumo attire. In the end, Bun Shou & Ganryou win the contest by default when Chōhi and Bachō decided to forfeit & not embarrass themselves, while Chōhi decides to introduce Aisha & Sei to Bachō.

“The Return of the Hero” “Eiyū no Okaeri” (英雄のおかえり)

Tiffania travels back to Tristain with the group. While introducing herself to the Queen, she is asked to remove her hat, and she reveals her elven heritage with her long pointed elf ears. Although elves are shunned by human society, Tiffania explains that she is in fact a half-elf: Her mother was an elf who died years earlier, and her father was the Archduke of Albion. Henrietta shows compassion for Tiffania. They discuss Sheffield’s comment about other Void mages. Henrietta offers to knight Saito again and he accepts. Siesta then announces she is Saito’s maid by order of the Queen, much to Louise’s frustration. Tiffania is also revealed to be cousins with Henrietta, and she stays at the castle until she figures out what she wants to do. Saito, Louise, and Siesta return to the academy to a big celebration. Guiche is now the captain of the student corps known as The Knights of Ordine, and as appointed Saito their vice-capain. Reynald, Malicorne, and the Ordine knights carry Saito away.

Cの世界 Shī no Sekai The C’s World

Suzaku, realizing he cannot stoop to Lelouch’s level to achieve his goals, forgoes the interrogation; he investigates Ashford Academy and discovers the Special Division has been compromised. Ohgi and Villetta meet in the woods, where she intends to kill him, but Ohgi confesses he has fallen in love with her. Meanwhile, Charles has become immortal after killing and gaining V.V.’s powers. C.C. transports Lelouch to her unconscious mind to protect him from Charles. There, Lelouch witnesses her past, and returns to the Sword of Akasha to save C.C.; the two return to reality where Lelouch discovers C.C. has become amnesiac.

“Kan’u is Going to Die With Chōun” “Kan’u, Chōun to Shichi ni Omomuku no Koto” (関羽, 趙雲と死地に赴くのこと)

Kōsonsan, a local feudal lord and Chōun (also known as Sei), another warrior, ask Aisha (Kan’u real name) to help to find a hidden base belonging to Bandits so they can be eliminated. Aisha agrees and she & Sei hide in a merchant’s crate so the bandits will steal it and take it to their base. After finding their base, Chōun and Aisha fight off some of the bandits & rescue the prisoners held by them before finding themselves in a dead-end. However, Rinrin arrives & helps the prisoners escape while Chōun and Aisha defeat the rest of the bandits. Kōsonsan is not happy hearing this since she wanted to showoff her White horse in battle. Chōun decides to join Aisha & Rinrin in their travels since Kōsonsan, while a noble person, isn’t strong enough to unite the country and its rival factions.

“The Elf of the Forest” “Mori no Yōsei” (森の妖精)

Saito, Louise, and Agnès travel to Tiffania’s village, and Siesta joins them. Louise gets into another fight with Saito and walks off. Agnès made a wooden sword, and spars with Saito. The next day, they found Tiffania, whose chest size shocks Louise and Siesta, and is happy to see Saito again. Later tonight at Tiffania’s hut, when Saito tries to clear up a misunderstanding Louise runs away and Siesta follows, but they are attacked by Sheffield who summons wolves. Louise loses her wand and Siesta tries to help but is knocked down. Louise’s magic isn’t strong enough; out of desperation, she performs the summoning, and Saito surprisingly appears again, forcing Sheffield to retreat. They renew their contract with a kiss, and Saito gets his “Gandálfr” runes burned onto his hand again. Saito and Louise are about to share an intimate moment until Siesta interrupts. Meanwhile, Sheffield reports to her master, Joseph.

ギアス狩り Giasu Gari Geass Hunt

Rolo admits to causing Shirley’s death; rather than blame Rolo specifically, Lelouch blames the existence of Geass itself. In retaliation, he mounts an assault on the Geass Order, slaughtering everyone within the stronghold. V.V. pilots the Siegfried in an effort to stop the Black Knights but is defeated by Lelouch and Cornelia li Britannia. Lelouch is then transported to a separate dimension known as the Sword of Akasha where he is confronted by Charles. Elsewhere, Suzuka suspects Lelouch murdered Shirley and decides to interrogate Kallen with drugs.

“Kan’u Makes a Vow of Sisterhood With Chōhi” “Kan’u, Chōhi to Shimai no Chigiri o Musubu no Koto” (関羽, 張飛と姉妹の契りを結ぶのこと)

Kan’u, a traveling warrior who fights bandits, visits a town where she encounters Rinrin and her troublemaker friends. While most of the town find their antics funny, the Mayor doesn’t. Then he decides to send his soldiers to catch her until Kan’u volunteers to do it herself. After meeting and fighting her which ends in Rinrin’s defeat, Kan’u realizes that her antics are just her way of getting attention after being lonely after her grandfather died. After making a vow of sisterhood with Chōhi (Rinrin other name), Rinrin apologizes to the mayor and leaves her hometown with Kan’u but not before saying goodbye to her friends.

“The Familiar’s Mark” “Tsukaima no Kokuin” (使い魔の刻印)

Saito has been revived, but his runes have faded away. Louise is worried since Saito is now no longer her familiar. Agnès informs Saito and Louise they are being summoned by the Queen while the school was celebrating the ending war with Albion. On the journey, the three were attacked by Sheffield, who is revealed to be the familiar of a Void mage. At the castle, Henrietta gives Saito a document that would make him a chevalier and effectively a noble. Saito declines because of his lack of Gandálfr abilities. He remembers the Elf’s name: Tiffania Westwood who saved him. Derflinger tells them where they may find her. That night, while worrying about recent events, Louise finds Saito on the balcony. She tells him that she is afraid he will leave again, especially with the disappearance of the runes. He reassures he will not leave despite the absence of their contract. However, when he tries to make out with her, she blows him up. The next day, Louise makes Saito follow the carriage on foot.

過去からの刺客 Kako kara no Shikaku Assassin from the Past

Lelouch heads to the train station to check on the delivery of the G Trains, a network of Gefjun Disturber-equipped trains that will blackout Tokyo once activated. Meanwhile, Jeremiah finds and corners Lelouch. After learning why Lelouch betrayed the Emperor, Jeremiah joins his cause. Shirley reconciles with her restored memories and asks Suzaku to forgive Lelouch as she has. Before she can reach Lelouch, she runs into Rolo, who shoots her when she reveals knowledge of Nunnally. Lelouch discovers a dying Shirley who professes her love to him.

ラブアタック! Rabu Atakku! Love Attack!

Sayoko Shinozaki, having been posing as Lelouch at school, filled his schedule with dates. As he goes through the schedule, Milly Ashford hosts her graduation event called Cupid Day, an event where any girl can become a boy’s girlfriend by stealing his hat and vice versa. Milly places a bounty on Lelouch causing most of the school to target him. As Rolo and Sayoko help Lelouch avoid the students, Shirley Fenette trades hats with him after a personal talk. Shortly after, Jeremiah Gottwald arrives in Japan and tests his Geass Canceller in public; this undoes Shirley’s brainwashing and restores her memories of Nunnally and Lelouch’s identity as Zero.

想いの力 Omoi no Chikara Power of Passion

Realizing the Eunuchs are not interested in saving Tianzi, Li Xingke rebels. As the Black Knights hold their ground against the Chinese Federation and Britannian forces, Zero tries to reason with the Eunuchs, who openly admit their treason. Having waited for this moment, the Black Knights broadcast the Eunuch’s confession and Zero uses the Shinkirō to destroy most of the Chinese Federation’s forces. The broadcast causes rebellions to occur throughout the Chinese Federation, forcing Britannia to retreat on political grounds. With the Eunuchs dead, Zero forges an alliance with Xingke and Tianzi. He returns to Ashford Academy and finds Anya and Gino enrolled as students.

神虎輝く刻 Shenfū Kagayaku Toki When Shen Hu Wins Glory

Lelouch successfully escapes with Empress Tianzi. Desperate to recover the Empress, the Eunuchs agree to forgive Li Xingke if he rescues her. To that end, he is granted use of the Knightmare Frame Shen Hu. Kallen intercepts him with the Guren Mk-II but its power runs out and she is captured. With the Black Knights cornered, the Eunuchs and Britannian forces turn against Li Xingke and his rebels.

朱禁城の花嫁 Shukinjō no Hanayome A Bride in the Vermillion Forbidden City

Lelouch learns the Chinese Empress, Tianzi, is being forced into a political marriage to First Prince Odysseus eu Britannia. The wedding is orchestrated by the High Eunuchs, who will become nobles of Britannia in exchange for turning over half their land to Second Prince Schneizel el Britannia. As the wedding begins, Li Xingke initiates a coup d’état to overthrow the Eunuchs and save the Empress; in the chaos Zero appears and takes Tianzi hostage.

百万のキセキ Hyakuman no Kiseki One Million Miracles

In a private conversation with Suzaku, Gino Weinberg, Anya Alstreim, Lloyd Asplund, Cécile Croomy, and Alicia Lohmeyer, Zero requests he be exiled from Japan in exchange for delivering one million Japanese to the SAZOJ. During the opening ceremony, every participating Japanese dresses as Zero on cue, giving Suzaku no choice but to exile all rather than start another massacre.

棄てられた仮面 Suterareta Kamen The Abandoned Mask

Nunnally is sworn in as the new Viceroy and announces the restoration of the SAZOJ. Knowing he cannot go against his sister, Lelouch slips into a state of depression. Before he can relinquish himself to drugs, Kallen steps in, reminding him of his responsibilities as Zero. Meanwhile, the Black Knights are under attack by a Britannian naval fleet led by Suzaku. Rushing to the battlefield, Zero leads the Black Knights to victory. He then announces his intention to accept Nunnally’s offer to join the SAZOJ.

太平洋奇襲作戦 Taiheiyō Kishū Sakusen Surprise Attack over the Pacific

Rolo uses his Geass to buy Lelouch time to converse with Nunnally without revealing his restored memories to Suzaku. Lelouch orders the Black Knights to capture Nunnally as she is transported to Japan by airship. Successfully boarding the vessel, Zero meets and tries to convince her that Britannia is using her as a figurehead. Nunnally reveals she volunteered for the position and states she wishes to continue the Specially Administrated Zone of Japan (SAZOJ), requesting Zero to join her. Britannian reinforcements hinder the Black Knights’ assault and Suzaku manages to retrieve Nunnally.

ナイトオブラウンズ Naito obu Raunzu Knights of the Round

Suzaku returns to Ashford Academy to determine if Lelouch has regained his memories. The academy throws a festival to welcome Suzaku’s return and C.C’s attendance causes a series of events as Lelouch tries to hide her presence. After placing the Secret Division under his control with Geass, Lelouch blackmails Villeta into his servitude. Later, Suzaku tests Lelouch’s memories by putting him on the phone with Nunnally.

逆襲の処刑台 Gyakushū no Shokeidai Counterattack at the Gallows

Lelouch deduces the nature of Rolo’s Geass and convinces Rolo to spare him; in return, he will hand over C.C. Meanwhile, Li Xingke kills the High Eunuch, Gao Hai, and takes command of the Chinese Federation consulate. As the deadline approaches, Guilford prepares to execute the captured Black Knights until Zero appears. Lelouch collapses the flooring, causing the Britannian military to fall into Chinese territory where they are politically restrained from attacking. While the Black Knights rescue the prisoners, Rolo tries to kill Lelouch for his betrayal. Lelouch arranges a charade to seemingly save Rolo’s life; using this and their pseudo-brotherly relationship, he convinces Rolo to join the Black Knights.

囚われの学園 Toraware no Gakuen Imprisoned in Campus

Lelouch returns to Ashford Academy during the broadcast, causing Villeta Nu’s Special Division to have doubts he was the Zero on television. Lelouch investigates Nunnally’s whereabouts and realizes the whole school’s memories were altered to remove her existence. Gilbert G.P. Guilford delivers an ultimatum to Zero: reveal himself or let the incarcerated Black Knights face execution. Lelouch concocts a plan to distract the Special Division while he tries to use his Geass on Rolo. His plan fails when Rolo uses his Geass and stops Lelouch’s sense of time.

日本独立計画 Nippon Dokuritsu Keikaku Plan for Independent Japan

Lelouch reminisces about his capture by Suzaku and how the Emperor, his father, altered his memories with Geass. Lelouch directs the Black Knights to counterattack against the Britannian army and reconciles with Kallen Stadtfeld. The Black Knights are overwhelmed by the Knightmare Frame Vincent, but are able to collapse Babel Tower in time to retreat to the Chinese Federation consulate, forcing the Britannian army to retreat. From there, a broadcast of Zero is aired to announce his return and the recreation of the United States of Japan.
